  1. I love a salad recipe I got from Annie’s Raw Food Recipes. I cut up one bulb of fennel, mix with a handful of arugula, a palmful of chopped walnuts, one chopped golden beet, and some scallions. For a dressing,I blend one navel orange, a small cube of ginger, one clove of garlic, 1/3 cup of olive oil. and two tablespoons of white miso. I usually don’t care for fennel, but cut up into small pieces and topped with this dressing…..all I taste is YUMMINESS!

  2. What is your favorite recipe for healthy eating? my favorite is vegan tofu breakfast sandwiches. yummmmy! i cut slabs of extra firm tofu and coat them in nutritional yeast and garlic powder with a touch of se salt. cook them til they are golden and put them on wheat toast topped with nutritional yeast sauce.
